Place for Memories
Welcome to our Family Website
A Collection of Events

This site was created as a place to look back at some of our lifetime events growing up as a family. The website name was derived from a dear relative who always referred to us as Family Preisler rather than Preisler Family. The idea of having a personalized site happened while going through old photos and videos, then wondering, how you could possibly show some of these to everyone. So, the project begins.

The pages contain mostly videos. They are categorized by the type of event or activity. Vacations currently make up the majority of videos but there are several other pages such as Weddings, Birthdays, Holidays, School Events etc., with some of them over 35 years old. The site is responsive and mobile friendly with navigation accomplished through the hamburger menu and you can always return to this home page by clicking the Family Preisler logo at the top of any page, or anywhere else the web address is visible. You may also encounter floating buttons on long pages to assist in scrolling back to the top or provide further navigation. If you reach a page that requires a user name and password, you will have to contact me for access.

THE VIDEO PAGES:   Most video pages have 2 sections. Some sections have more videos than others with "Coming Soon" screens in place for future videos. In most cases, there are more videos in the following section below and quick links at the bottom of the page to navigate to other pages within the site.

VIDEO PLAYER:   Each video is contained within its own player. The player has a standard set of controls to allow full screen, picture in picture, volume, and depending on your browser, options for playback speed or download. If the full screen option is not selected, the video will play within the video container. Selecting another video will stop the current video playing so multiple videos will not play at the same time.

The website is updated with new pages and content whenever possible.

Special thanks to everyone for contributing additional media to help make all of this possible.
